Retriever for the Desktop is a synchronization application built using the Microsoft .NET Framework. The application allows you to synchronize your Contacts and Calendar activities between Redtail CRM and Microsoft Outlook.
Changes to these items within Microsoft Outlook do not sync back to Redtail: phone number extensions (Business, Business Fax, Home, Home Fax, Mobile), primary address information and important information section.
